This policy explains how The Town Pros, a service of The Prime Strategy LLC ("The Town Pros," "we," "us") collects and uses information on thetownpros.com and through our calls and text messages.
Information we collect
- Business listing information from public sources such as Google Business Profiles: business name, address, phone, website, hours and ratings.
- Information you give us when you submit a form, claim a listing, call us or text us: your name, business name, phone number, email and messages.
- Call information. Calls routed through The Town Pros may be recorded, with notice at the start of the call, so we can connect callers, keep quality up and confirm billing.
- Basic site analytics such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
- To publish and correct business listings.
- To verify listings and respond to requests.
- To connect homeowners with local businesses.
- To send calls and text messages you agreed to receive.
- To run and improve the site.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your listing, verification and account updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages, and only for that purpose.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, phones and messaging, when the law requires it, or with your permission. Listing details are public by design.
Your choices
Business owners can claim, correct or ask us to remove a listing. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to delete your contact information by emailing us.
